Outstanding Company because of their people. AL&S truly knows what customer service is. Phone is always answered by a live, friendly voice. Every season AL&S proactively calls me to schedule turn on and off. I had a question re my zone watering times in this heatwave and was immediately transferred to Manager Josh-who already knew what I needed and spent 15 min on the phone walking me through system programming and then sent a video for future reference.
