Middletown is not one place. It is a township of distinct sections, and we service them all: Lincroft's established neighborhoods with mature landscaping, the river-adjacent streets near Navesink, and the bayshore communities of Belford, Leonardo, and North Middletown. Many of the township's older sections run irrigation systems installed decades ago, where smart renovation, meaning new heads, valves, and a weather-based controller on the original sound pipe, beats replacement.
Middletown is also home to some of the largest residential systems we maintain. One riverfront estate near Red Bank runs roughly thirty heads per zone; a single zone there moves more water than most homes' entire systems. Our crews run Middletown routes weekly in season, which matters twice a year: in April, when start-ups reveal what winter did, and in October, when the blowout route fills first in the county's larger towns.

Careful pressure-up, zone-by-zone inspection, backflow testing, and the controller reset for the season.
Mid-season adjustments, leak checks, and smart-schedule tuning through the heat.
Large multi-zone systems get scheduled early and get the full second pass; more zones means more low points.
Emergency repairs when systems fail, planning for spring, and managed snow and ice for commercial properties.
Timing, the professional blowout, and what a skipped winterization costs.

Early October to mid-November. Book early; Middletown is one of the first routes to fill.
Usually yes. If the buried pipe is sound, new Hunter heads, valves, and a Hydrawise controller make a decades-old system perform like new.
Yes. Certified testers on staff; we test, file with your water purveyor, and give you the documentation.
